The gym is absolutely great, had a privilege to be a member for almost a year, it's really sad that there's no Crunch gyms in my neighborhood. But will be happy to join if it will be opened in Almere haha Few notes: even though it's sometimes busy in the evenings, you will have enough space to exercise! 4th visit today and i'm enjoying it here a lot. I come from sportcity and it's very calm here compared to that. It's clean, the machines are great (mostly panatta downstairs!) and the wellness area is super. Looking forward to many more visits.

EDITED I am updating my review to 5 stars, because The Crunch reached out and we were able to amicably resolve my specific situation, which was in regards to billing.  Other than this, which is now considered solved, my experience has been great and I really recommend this fitness center and health club. I really appreciate they were able to go above and beyond and showed great customer service.  Thanks again and looking forward to being back sometime. Original Review: Facilities are excellent.  Great free weights section after the recent remodel, and the wellness (specifically sauna) is great.  I loved training here. My low rating is due to an unresolved issue with billing. I told staff I was moving away, and they instructed me to just email them before the next payment to confirm.  I followed their specific orders, but then they asked for another month notice before cancelling.  This was contrary to what the staff member told me in person. Since then I've called and talked to staff twice, and emailed 4 times with no further response.  The supposed "outstanding debt" has now been sent to a collections agency. I have tried repeatedly to contact and discuss the situation, but cannot get a response.  It seems like a shady tactic to try and extract one extra month of payment.  It's a shame, because I've been a member for years and highly recommend it to many people, and hope to join again if and when I again live in the area!
